Maria Gabriella Ritondo is a Board Advisor, Executive Advisor and Co-Founder of Board Ahead. She supports Boards of Directors, CEOs and leadership teams in the evolution of governance, Artificial Intelligence, Enterprise Risk Management and digital transformation, helping organisations turn complexity and change into strategic decisions and value creation.
With 18 years of experience in highly complex international industrial environments, she has led Digital Transformation, Enterprise IT Governance and Risk Management initiatives and programmes, working with leading organisations including Ferrari, TIM and FiberCop. Her career has enabled her to combine strategic vision, execution discipline and strong governance of transformation programmes.
She holds an Executive MBA and has completed the Board Advisor programme at LUISS Business School, strengthening a multidisciplinary perspective that integrates governance, technological innovation, risk management and business development.
Through Board Ahead, she supports companies and Boards of Directors in defining governance models that strengthen organisational resilience, enable more informed decision-making and accelerate the responsible adoption of emerging technologies.
